We only sell the stuff which is available with us. We maintain 100% inventory. What you see on the site catalog is stocked with us. Usually your order will be delivered within 3-7 days of being dispatched from our side depending on the location. When order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation .We ship the order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment mode selected excluding holiday.

Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including PIN and a contact number to ensure faster delivery. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or political disruption or strikes.

If you are based out of a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area, please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details to sgoyal281167@gmail.com and we will arrange for a suitable service to deliver the product. Please note that some carriers may charge an additional sum or surcharge to deliver at remote locations, in such cases we will intimate you the additional charge prior to the delivery of the same.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

A) Simple Return Process

1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email us at sgoyal281167@gmail.com to notify us.

2. Please send us opening the box video, before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned then it is up to the discretion of our Quality Control team to decide whether product is approved for return.

3. Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.

4. We will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds can only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any returns that were not informed prior. As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway.
